Believe that the standard should cover components as well as systems.

 

2.         Transaction Security, Inc.

The reason (that I abstain – ed.) is that I do not know if the definitions contained within the document are compatible with those in the Vocabulary Harmonization definitions.   The definitions of FMR and FNMR appear to me to be confusing, especially if they are equal to or less meaningful than FAR and FRR, respectively.  If the definitions of FMR and FNMR were eliminated, I would vote YES
