1.  Authenti-Corp.

Authenti-Corp believes that: 1) more multi-modal systems must be commercially available and that 2) mature operational situations must be developed before an evaluation framework can be developed and considered by a standardization committee.  The development of algorithms to fuse results from separate biometric devices, results which are sometimes indeterminate, is currently an area of active research.  However, we are currently unaware of any commercialized fusion algorithm solutions.   While multi-modal is an apparent need for border crossing and transportation worker operational needs, implementation paradigms must be developed before these operational needs can be met.  Authenti-Corp would vote yes when commercial-off-the-shelf multi-modal solutions become available and when operational situations are more mature.

2. US Department of Homeland Security - TSA

This is very important and timely work. We should proceed with urgency.
