  1. Does the format match the current RD-6?
  2. Does the project proposal contain the requisite sections of the current RD-6?
  3. Are the meetings being conducted appropriately as to frequency and mode (e.g., in-person, teleconference)?
  4. Are there any inconsistencies in the membership list (3d)?
  5. Are there any administrative issues (3g) for the INCITS EB, SDB, SPB or Procedures Committee to address?
  6. Are there any challenges (3h) for the INCITS EB, SDB, SPB or Procedures Committee to address?
  7. Are there any TC-specific procedures (Attachment 2) for the Procedures Committee to review?
  8. Is there a financial statement (Attachment 3) for the INCITS Secretariat to review?
